My Rain RMT (BW2 Standard)
Team Building Process:
I wanted a rain team since i lost all my old teams in the switch from v1 to v2. So Politoed was a must. I chose the Choice Scarf variant.
Next, i chose Thunderus-T because i like the sprite and i thought a good Rain Abuser would be nice. I chose agility life orb t-t.
For my next poke, I wanted a poke with bulky who could abuse rain and deal some damage too, so i chose SubBulk Up Toxicroak.
Next, i needed some more bulk and power so i chose Banded Scizor. In Rain its only weakness (fire) is weakened which is an amazing plus.
Next, i saw that i really had nothing to take out a Gyarados after a Dragon Dance. So I added Rain Phazer Dragonite.
For my final Pokemon, i wanted something to take advantage of the rain's Water Type Boost. I chose CM Keldeo.
In-Depth Analysis:
Politoed @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Drizzle
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Nature: Modest (+ SAtk, - Atk)
-Hydro Pump
-HP Grass
-Ice Beam
-Focus Blast
This is my rain starter. I use her when theres no team viewer on or if there's no weather starters on the other team. If there is, I'll either send out a counter for that poke or send this one out anyway xD. Anyway, its got a Scarf to take out some common leads. I often use Focus Blast as the first move as most teams run Ferrothorn which counters me without it. I have Hydro Pump as my STAB and use it whenever i don't know what they'll use next. I have HP Grass for Gastros, Swamperts, and Quagsire. Finally, Ice Beam is to take out dem Pesky Dragon-Types.
Thundurus-T @ Life Orb
Trait: Volt Absorb
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Nature: Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
-Thunder
-Focus Blast
-HP Ice
-Agility
This guy is my Agility Sweeper, and he does a damn good job at it. If i switch in on something that can't touch me, I'll agility which usually gives me a turn to smack something in the face. Thunder is STAB, 100% accurate in rain, blah blah blah. Focus Blast is for Ferrothorn and co. Finally, HP Ice is again, for those Dragons.
Toxicroak @ Black Sludge
Trait: Dry Skin
EV's: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def
Nature: Adamant
-Bulk Up
-Substitute
-Drain Punch
-Sucker Punch
This is my physical booster. I send in Toxicroak on Blissey and such who can't do anything to me since i have sub and i outspeed. After i sub up, i proceed to Bulk Up if i outspeed the next poke. and if i don't, ill just attack. Drain punch is my stab move which also acts as extra recovery with black sludge and dry skin in rain. Sucker Punch is for psychic types who resist my stab and can deal some super effective damage to me.
Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EV's: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Nature: Adamant
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-U-turn
-Pursuit
This is my Scizor. This guy is a beast in rain. He pursuit traps Latios/Celebi(without HP Fire), Takes down Tornadus with Bullet Punch, Revenge kills Special Defensive Ferro with Superpower, and U-turns out when he needs a break. WTF MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR???!!!???
Dragonite @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EV's: 252 HP / 108 SAtk / 148 SpD
Nature: Calm
-Hurricane
-Thunder
-Dragon Tail
-Roost
This guy is my Rain Abuser / Phazer. He is a bulky mofo. With multiscale and roost nothing takes him down. I Dragon Tail threats and use the appropriate rain abuse on others. THIS GUY CAN TAKE A HIT OR TWELVE!!!
Keldeo @ Leftovers
Trait: Justified
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Nature: Timid
-Hydro Pump
-Secret Sword
-HP Electric
-Calm Mind
Last but not least, Keldeo. Not only is this guy my favorite poke EVER, he wrecks in rain. Hydro for stab. Secret sword takes out Ferro and Blissey. HP Electric is my only counter to Dragon Dance Gyarados after a boost. Finally, Calm Mind is what makes this guy so dangerous. If i get up a calm mind and you dont have tornadus, you're fucked. End Of Story.

Re: My Rain RMT (BW2 Standard)
Much as I despise Weather teams, this loooks pretty solid. You're fairly balanced offensively across the special/physical spectrum, with some good bulk there. Each pokemon supports the others well as well.
Your main issue will be hazards and status, since you don't appear to have any way of shaking those off.
